Arizona is known for its sparse arid landscapes, where it is difficult to find food or water if you are unprepared. If you are looking for animation, it can be even more of a desert... That is why The Arizona Sunburn Film Festival, The Screening Room, and Constant Con have teamed up to create an animation oasis.

Welcome to Arizona's one and only independent short animation film festival! Located in the heart of Tucson, Arizona. Animated Arizona seeks to inspire and promote artists and film makers from all over to show people what they've got!

The festival is scheduled for 18 January 2020.

 

Entries can be pure animation, a blend of animation and live action, but not purely live action. Any genre is welcome. Films submitted should be 14 minutes 59 seconds or shorter.
